What to expect:
* As part of the internship program, students will be able to learn basics of R programming language, text mining and how to interpret scientific data * Students will be asked to perform data extraction and curation from PubMed abstrcts using a standardized protocol. *These data will further be updated to KOMBAT.Students can have a rough idea about work from the diagram below:
